As we are now in the second month of 2019, I thought it would be a good time for me to post about the teas that I am testing out.
As we are all trying to become healthier and more productive, I have choosen some teas that will help with digestion, focus, and overall health.
Let’s start with the first tea.
The first tea is Green Tea Kombucha.
I am very intrigued about Kombucha. I have heard that it is very good for digestion and health in general. I did a quick internet search and found that Kombucha is good for these things, detoxification, improved digestion, and immune system stimulation. As I don’t have the greatest digestion, I thought I would give this tea a try, and see if there would be any improvement in my digestive health.
The next tea is, Lemon and Ginger tea.
I love Lemon tea and Ginger tea, so I am very intrigued to how this tea will taste. As you know ginger has many health benefits. It is good for digestion, particularly for those who have sensitive stomachs. Lemon is also known as very cleansing. I will definitely tell you what I think about this tea.
I love chia tea. It has such a spicy, yet sweet flavor. And turmeric has a lot of health benefits. These benefits include anti-inflammatory properties, fighting obesity, and fighting Alzheimer’s disease. I hope this tea will taste like a more spicy flavor, than regular chia tea.
That is it for the teas that I will be testing and reviewing this month. In future, I hope to also try some unusual tea flavors, or make up my own flavors. If you have any suggestions, leave them in the comments.
