Tea Review December Edition

Tea Review December Edition

January 16, 2016

Happy Friday!

I have been wanting to do one of these for awhile, but haven’t had an opportunity to do so.  I also wanted to be able to give an honest review, so I put this off until I had tasted the tea for awhile.

              Green Tea Mint Flavor

So the first tea that I bought and tasted in December is, “Simply Balanced Organic Green tea” in mint. This is a great tea for getting started in the morning as it will warm you up as well as get you moving. Green tea has been proven to speed your metabolism, so this is the perfect drink for the first thing in the morning.  The taste is wonderful. I don’t need to add any sugar or milk to the tea. It taste great just as is.

The next tea that I have been enjoying last month is  Tazo’s  “Calm Chamomile”  If you suffer from insomnia, this is a pe

rfect tea for you. I like to take this tea when I have to sleep fast. When I first got it, my

sister and I wanted to taste it with our lunch. That was a big mistake. An hour later, I was falling asleep while writing on my book.  So know I know it does help falling asleep! This tea has a wonderful delicate taste, and just as the other one, does not need any sugar or milk to drink, though you can add them for a more luxurious taste.

That is all for my tea review. I hope you will check out these teas and find them as tasty as I do.

Happy Drinking!

Alyssa
